My whole family was very impressed. The breakfast was delicious. The hot tubs and sauna and spa and massage. Service quality was very high. The relaxation space and library were lovely. Overall we were incredibly happy here and hope to come back again soon. Our room Was the last available one over a busy holiday weekend so we could not see Mount Fuji from my room but we will try to book earlier next time so we can enjoy that as well.

Great hotel with rooms that have a picturesque view of Mount Fuji. The hotel supplies some comfortable clothes and slippers that could be worn throughout the building. The refrigerator wasn't switched on when I arrived so there was a rather unpleasant smell as soon as the refrigerator door was opened. The place also had its own public baths but it's possible to book private baths. It was quite convenient that the hotel was within walking distance from the shopping outlet which required a short elevator trip.

Wonderful experience. Fuji mountain stunning views , shopping plus hot spring. What more…. Great room price included breakfast. Hot spring face Fuji mountain, they offer standing, lying and different temperatures pool. Dinner at hotel also good. Big menu and tasty. We will definitely come back.
